I don't think I used the right butter to fry? Maybe I should've used margarine and specific garlic butter. I used plain butter and brushed crush garlic all over?

I make my own garlic butter at home, but I’ve also done it your way by brushing butter and brushing crushed garlic or garlic flakes on it.. was it just the frying that went wrong? The actual dough was manageable and stuff? Maybe next time try it this way. Use a non stick frying pan, place the rolled naan flat without any butter.. let it have slight bubbles, flip it over, then brush it and repeat. Let me know how it goes :)
