Yet another strawberry, cheese crunch cake is ready to go out the door.
This is two layers of strawberry chiffon cake with a New York cheesecake in the middle and then frosted with a creme cheese frosting and covered in freeze dried strawberries and golden oreos pulsed in the food processor.

A spring form pan, water bath and most importantly all of the ingredients at room temperature before you start. It seems to stop them from cracking if the ingredients aren't cold.
