Hi Misaki thanks for the tasty cookies. I had few of the ingredients the missing was caster sugar but to me the cookies were delicious and enjoyed them with my family.

Misaki, yes I didn't have caster sugar so I used sugar. I enjoyed to bake those cookies my son and husband they want me to bake them again so the next bunch will have caster sugar hope will be the exactly replica. Again delicious cookies

If you dont have castor sugar blend you normal sugar in the grinder of your blender and press pulse button
