Added some chopped raw peanuts and coconut and grated some vegan choc on top! I woman, hear me roar! 😃 This is going along with a hiking group tomorrow so if they all get back alive... It's a winner!

They loved it, thank you , and all survived a very difficult day hike. I didn't know that honey isn't vegan, duh. Apparently I can swap it out for treacle or golden syrup, so will have to give that a try too. Thank you for sharing!
