Not very fluffy but delicious. I used a Koppaberg Pear Cider instead of pineapple juice

Thank you for trying it again. Now I have to apologise for my confusing recipe. 'Crushed Pineapple in juice' meant 'Crushed Pineapple NOT IN SYRUP' and Crushed Pineapple must be drained well. The juice is not to be used. The cake should be fluffy! 😢 I am sorry, Andy. I have corrected the recipe.
