Thank you @ Mona Santosh Ji for sharing the recipe of Bihari Fish curry. I tried your recipe with some minor tweaks and it was an absolute delight! The blend of mustard, garlic, and spices created a symphony of flavors that danced on the palate. Instead of using Rohu fish, I used Katla fish in this recipe and had fried it. To infuse more flavors, I added some fresh chopped coriander leaves and it lifted the dish beautifully.This recipe was a beautiful blend of tradition and flavour and it was an absolute joy to recreate it!
