Thank you Bethica Ji for sharing your exquisite Shorshe Ilish recipe.I tried your recipe with a few minor tweaks but the bold mustard flavours and the soul of the dish remained gloriously untouched. As it simmered on the stove, it brought with it the aroma and emotion of a traditional Bengali kitchen. The result was comforting , nostalgic and deeply satisfying. It was a joy to recreate your recipe!
