I cooked the ground turkey first and I drained off the extra grease and in another skillet I cooked the spinach with fresh garlic and when it was done I mixed the rocotta cheese then I combined the two, added a little tomato sauce then stuffed the mixture into the shells. I put just a little sauce in the bottom of the dish put the stuffed shells on top of that, poured more sauce on top with more cheese. It turned out good.
