- 2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 2-3 Tbsp. Olive Oil or Vegetable oil
- 1-2 tsp. Cumin
- 1 Tbsp. Turmeric
- 1 dash Cayenne pepper
- 1-2 tsp. Basil
- 1-2 tsp. Oregano
- 1 Tbsp. Smoked Paprika
- 1/2 tsp. Celery seed
- Another one pan (or skillet) dish, because I do not like doing dishes.

- 2 lbs. Chicken Thighs - cut up into 1" pieces
