I'm a vegetarian cook. I love to incorporate beans, grains, vegetables, fruit and herbs in my cooking. In trying to be more healthy I also don't use oil or butter to cook and bake with.
My recipes are geared to taste great, uses real ingredients that you can get at the grocery store or Sprouts (health food store) and the whole family will love. My family are meat eaters and they eat everything I cook.
