Basic crumb crust recipe. I use this yummy crust as substitute for graham crackers or if I just want a change things up a bit. The butter can be cut down yo 6 tablespoons if desired.

1. 1 NOTES
2. 1 * I use 4 eggs plus 1 egg yolk
3. 1 ** I substitue about 1/4 teaspoon rum extract for the 2 tablespoons of dark rum
4. 1 *** I add a dash of salt
5. 1 **** I use sweetened tart pastry instead instead of pie crust
6. 1 cup sugar
7. 4 tbsp melted butter
8. 4 eggs (*plus one egg yolk)
9. 2 tbsp dark rum (**or appox. 1/4 teaspoon rum extract
