im an italian mom from nj with 3 very fussy eaters...3 kids (ages 16, 20 & 24) :D very hard to find dishes they all agree on, and now my oldest became a vegetarian so even harder! lol. but love this app and all the great people! i love cooking for and spending time with my family. all things beauty, true crime books and shows,and I'm very interested in homeopathic and natural cures, and living a positive and grateful life... and im a diehard NY Ranger fan.oh, and i LOVE bacon! so thats me :-)

really easy and very tasty. everyone loved it, even my 11 yr old son who usually hates bbq sauce. i used boneless breasts and a few drumsticks. 1 bottle of hunts brown sugar bbq sauce, a whole cup of brown sugar (half cup light, half dark...we like it sweet!), 1/2 c apple cider vinegar, 1/2 tbsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp garlic salt, sprinkle of onion powder, a clove of garlic, and about 1/4 of an onion. cooked it on high about 2 hrs and it was a pinch dry but still really good. the sauce was a bit thin so i added the cornstarch on the stove, and even though i whisked it, it coagulated, and i was annoyed bc i had to strain it. usually i add a little water to cornstarch for thickening but i followed the recipe, but next time ill do what i normally do. other than that, i was very pleased with the results and will definitely be making this again! served over yellow rice with side of au gratin potatoes. awesome! :ohyeaah =^.^= -
ok, so I know I just made these a week ago, but it bears repeating- BEST. EASIEST. COOKIES. ***EVER***!!! This time i added crushed up butter fingers and doubled the recipe since we couldn't get enough of them! I promised to send some to my husbands boss this time, but I don't see that happening...lol -
woohoo tipsy bears!!! OK so I got impatient and probably didn't soak em as long as I should (its my hubby's day off so I wanted them for us NOW!! heehee) so they weren't as strong as I thought, but still awesome! I also threw a few Dots in out of curiosity, but blech! definitely not meant for that! lol all in all a big success! !! :D
