I'm german, Russian and Irish, so i grew up in Minnesota, and i am a meat and potato type of cook, now i live in nc, and have 2 beautiful daughters, so I'm learning to barbecue here, i am the type to keep tryn new recipes and yet love older recipes as well, i like to change things up a bit to make them my own.
