- So, this time I did the recipe w/garlic, onion, carrot, (boiled for 5min with 1/4cup veg stock) red chard, and brocolli; sauteeing the card stems with chicken, and leaves at the end with rice. Used tumeric, black pepper and a pinch of salt in main ingredients, and 2 Tbsp sesame oil w/ rice and chard leaves. Then stir all together and remove from heat. So yummy, I had to share!
