Ingredients

  1. 4medium beetroot
  2. 2garlic cloves
  3. 3 tablespoonstahini (sesame paste)
  4. 2 tablespoonsgreek yogurt (optional)
  5. 1/2 teaspooncumin
  6. Handfulwalnuts
  7. 4 tablespoonsolive oil
  8. Juice of half a lemon
  9. Salt and pepper
  10. Garnishing
  11. Olive oil
  12. 1 slicebeetroot cut into small cubes
  13. Pecan/walnuts

Cooking Instructions

    🍀🍀 Vegan option: replace yogurt with 1 or 2 tablespoons tahini and you’ll get almost the same taste as yogurt is optional and we usually only add it to make it a bit creamy

    Boil the beetroot for 30 minutes

  3. 3

    Once the beetroot is well cooked and soft, cut into pieces and put in the blender then mix for 30 sec

  4. 4

    Add all the other ingredients in the blender with the beetroot and mix again for ~1 minute

  5. 5

    🎉 that’s it! Now put the beetroot mixture in a plate and garnish with beetroot cubes, olive oil and walnut
