Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl.

Add wet ingredients to the dry ingredients

Knead the dough till it doesn't stick to your hand and bowl. Knead till it becomes smooth. Then form to a ball and place it to your bowl, let it rest for 30 min.

Roll to one big piece, use a pizza cutter to cut to small pieces (square). Meanwhile put oil to become hot til about 150 degrees.

Fry them and serve when they have cooled.
