Ingredients

  1. 3world medium size potatoes
  2. 1/2 cup semolina
  3. to tasteSalt
  4. FewFine chopped green coriander
  5. 1 teaspoonchat masala
  6. 1 teaspoonchilli flakes
  7. Vegetable oil for deep fry

Cooking Instructions

    In 1 cup water add the salt.

    Add the semolina in boiling water and make a dough

  3. 3

    Add Egg and boiled potatoes in semolina dough

  4. 4

    Boil grated potato and semolina mix properly and add all spices too.

  5. 5

    Deep fry the ready finger sticks cutlets.
