Cooking Instructions

Soak sooji into the curd for about 1 hour.

Now after 1 hour u will find that the sooji is properly soaked and the batter will become thick.

Now add a cup of water to thicken the batter.

Note: The batter should not be thin.

Now add all the chopped vegetables and salt into the batter and mix it well.

Let it rest for 10-15 minutes.

Now take a pan and grease oil to it.

Take one ladle and pour in into the batter and put that batter over the heated tawa and spread the batter like dosa.

If you want you can spread a spoon of oil over it to make it crisper.

Cook it for 1 minute and turn the chilla and cook it for another 1 minute over the other side.

You will see little golden brown colour of the chilla which shows it is cooked and crisped.

Serve it hot with chutney.
