Ingredients

  1. 2 cupdosa batter
  2. 2 tspoil
  3. 1 cupchopped onion
  4. 1 cupchopped tomato
  5. 2chopped green chillies
  6. handfulchopped curry Leaves
  7. 1/2 cupchopped or grated carrot
  8. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Add salt in dosa batter and mix well,

    Heat a mini uttapam pan and grease with oil

  3. 3

    Now pour the batter on the hot mini uttapam pan of every hole, sprinkle few drop of oil on top

  4. 4

    Now lower the heat and sprinkle the onion, carrot, green chillies, tomato and curry leaves on top

  5. 5

    When the base is firm flip them and cook on the other side until they are cooked well, cook on a medium flame

  6. 6

    Now serve your mini and cut uttapam
