  1. 1 tblsp peanut sesame seeds melon seeds poppy seeds cummin
  2. 2 2 tomato
  3. 3medium onion
  4. Salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder garam masala, coriander
  5. leavesFenugreek dried
  6. 1 cupHomemade cream
  7. 1 cupMilk
  8. 3 packMushroom(chopped and blanched)
  9. 1/2 cupoil
  10. 1tblsp Ginger garlic paste

Cooking Instructions

    Peanut sesame seeds melon seeds poppy seeds Cummin snooty tomato take a vessel add all the ingredients and boil for 5 minutes and make a fine paste

    In another pan heat 1 tsp oil and fry the onion then make paste

  3. 3

    Heat 1/2 cup oil in wok add ginger garlic paste onion paste and tomato paste and cook until oil separate from gravy

  4. 4

    Now add dried fenugreek leaves turmeric powder red chili powder coriander powder garam masala mix well add cream and milk cover and cook for 2 minutes

    Now add blanched Mushroom and cook for 5 minute and serve with Roti.
