Refreshing Mint Sorbet Lemonade

With summer sun gradually dawning, it's time to freshen up with the evergreen lemonade.

And while I do love a simple nimbu pani, this one is just taken up a notch with the same basic ingredients, except the addition of mint. I've just changed the process of making it and that's what makes all the difference.

Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 8-10fresh mint leaves
  2. 1lemon
  3. 2 tspsugar syrup
  4. 10 Ice Cubes
  5. as neededchilled water

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Wash mint leaves and then keep them in ice water for 10-15 mins.

  2. 2

    In the meantime, take a glass and add sugar syrup and juice of a lemon. NOTE: Sugar syrup is made with 1:1 ratio of water : sugar.

    Add ice and mint leaves in a blender and blend till the ice gets crushed properly along with the mint leaves.

    Add this minty crushed ice to your mixture of sugar syrup and lemon juice.

  5. 5

    Garnish with lemon slices and serve immediately.
