Cara Memasak

Buat minyak ayam terlebih dahulu. Masukkan minyak masak. Tunggu sehingga minyak panas dan masukkan kulit ayam. Masak sehingga kekuningan. Selepas itu, masukkan bawang putih yang telah dicincang. Masak jangan sampai hangus pula ya. Bila bawang putih dah bertukar keemasan, tutup api.

Selepas itu, asingkan kulit ayam terlebih dahulu dan masukkan minyak tadi di dalam mangkuk yang lain. Don't worry about all the garlics tu. Biarkan sahaja bercampur dengan minyak. Kekalkan rasa minyak ayam tu 😉

Sekarang ni, kita nak buat ayamnya pula. Panaskan minyak terlebih dahulu dan tumiskan segala bahan yang telah dikisar (bawang merah, bawang putih, kunyit dan juga halia). Tumiskan sehingga bahan cukup masak. Macam mana nak tahu? Apabila bahan bertukar warna daripada warna selepas diblender, sehingga warnanya menjadi gelap. Kira sampai minyak pecahlah. Hiks.

Jangan lupa masukkan sekali serai yang telah diketuk serta dua helai daun basil. Tapi daun ni optional. I didn't put it because I didn't have it. 😂 Letaklah sebagai penambah rasa.

Selepas itu, barulah kita masukkan daging ayam yang telah dipotong dadu. Gaul sehingga sehingga rata.

Apabila daging ayam telah sebati bersama bahan yang dikisar, masukkanlah segala bahan perasa yang lain. Garam, gula, serbuk ketumbar, kicap manis dan juga masin. Bahan perasa ni, ikut taste masing-masing.

Masukkan air secukupnya dan masakkan segala bahan sehingga ianya agak kering. But ini adalah option. If nak agak berkuah, jangan kering sangat. Terpulang ya. Bila puas hati dengan rasa dan tekstur bahan, boleh padamkan api.

Jangan lupa rebus mee! Im using this mee. Panaskan air terlebih dahulu sehingga mendidih. Masukkan mee dalam tempoh masa beberapa minit sahaja. Setelah ia kembang cantik, toskan dan bilas dengan air.

Masa untuk dihidang! Sediakan satu mangkuk. Masih ingat tentang minyak ayam tadi? Masukkan sesudu besar atau lebih minyak ayam tersebut beserta sesudu besar kicap manis (option). Selepas itu, masukkan mee (ikut nak banyak mana), gaulkan dengan bahan tadi.

Selepas itu, letakkanlah daging ayam yang telah siap dimasak tadi. Tada! Oh ya. Bahan hiasan tu terpulang ya. I tak ada sawi tadi. Sawi tu hanya perlu dicelur sahaja ya! Selamat mencuba!

this recipe serves 4each serving contain 7g carbs and 580kcalwhen i counted it, i almost fainted. that is alot!!! i usually keep it around 5-6g carbs per meal. but to be honest... 4 serving is a generous amount for this recipe. it could easily feeds 6 persons in not so generous amount 🫢. sharing is caring including carbs and calories 😬so unlike previous recipe. this recipe use egg and "zabaglione". i put "" because i didnt double boil it, but the egg yolk mixture is there. it really lifted up the taste of this tiramisu.if you are looking for an easy keto tiramisu can go ahead to my other recipe.
