Ingredients

  1. For Flour
  2. 2 cupAll purpose flour
  3. 1/4 cupoil
  4. To taSalt
  5. As neededWater
  6. as neededoil for frying
  7. Stuffing
  8. 4 boiled potatoes
  9. 3/4 cupboiled peas
  10. 3-4green chillies
  11. 1 tbspfinely chopped ginger
  12. 1 tspfennel seeds
  13. 1 tbspdried coriander
  14. 1 tspcumin seed
  15. 1 tspred chilli powder
  16. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  17. 1/2 tsp garam masala
  18. 1 tbsp Chaat Masala
  19. to tasteblack salt
  20. To tasteSalt
  21. 1 tspKasturi Methi
  22. 1 tspCoriander leaves
  23. pinchAsafoetida

Cooking Instructions

    Add oil& salt to the flour and mix with hands and make bread crumbs

    Now add a little water and keep it covered.

    Toast cumin, akha coriander and fennel and grind coarsely

  4. 4

    Add 2tbsp oil to the frying pan, add ground masala, asafoetida, ginger and green chilli and fry then add turmeric and red chilli powder and fry it on low flame

    ● After breaking the potatoes by hand, add peas and mix, then add remaining ingredients and cook for 2 minutes and turn off the gas

    ● At the time of rolling the roti, make roti in an oval shape and slightly thicker and make 2 pieces of samosas.

    ● Fry until the samosas crisp on low heat

    When the samosas are 80/90% fry, then increase the flame and fry the samosas completely.
