Ingredients

  1. 2 cupBoiled chickpeas
  2. 1 cupchopped onions
  3. 1tomatoes chopped
  4. 1 tblsginger garlic paste
  5. 1/2 cupoil
  6. 1 tblscoriander powder
  7. 1/2 tblsred chilli powder
  8. 1 tspcumin powder
  9. 1 tspturmeric powder
  10. 1 tspchicken powder
  11. to tasteSalt
  12. 1 cupWater
  13. Parathas (as required)

Cooking Instructions

    In a wok add oil and ginger garlic paste cook for 30 seconds and add onions and tomatoes cook then for 2 minutes.

    Now add spices red chilli powder, turmeric powder, black pepper, coriander powder, chicken powder, cumin powder and salt.

    Bhunify this for a minute then add chickpeas and along with a cup of water. Cover and cook on low flame for 5 minutes.

    Then bhunify on medium high flame till oil comes out.

    Tasty chickpea gravy is ready to serve with paratha.
