Horenzo Butter ala-ala Resto

Untuk yg belum cukup familiar dengan apa itu Horenzo, biasa dikenal dengan bayam jepang. Kalo di pasar tradisional mungkin agak susah carinya, bisa bunda temui di modern market ato juga delivery online seperti ‘sayur box’ yah... Terinspirasi dari menu favorit saya ketika makan ramen di Resto Sampachi, salah satu hidangan pelengkap yg ga pernah absen. Bikinnya cukup simpel bun, tapi rasanya bener2 creamy,, just try to make it at home 😊
Cara Membuat

Cuci bersih daun horenzo, potong-potong.

Lelehkan butter pada wajan panas, lalu tumis bawang putih hingga baunya harum.

Masukkan daun horenzo, Tumis hingga dan layu dan teksturnya menjadi creamy. Tambahkan garam dan penyedap sambil dicicipi (utk resep ini, rasa yg pas yakni guruh creamy,, tapi semunya kembali ke selera bunda yah) well selamat mencoba😊
