  2. 1 cupmilk
  3. 1 teaspoonbaking powder
  4. 1/2 teaspoonbaking soda

Cooking Instructions

    Firstly, crush the biscuit in mixer jar into a fine powder.

    Add milk followed by baking soda and baking powder and whisk it thoroughly.cake batter is ready.

    Preheat the idli steamer for ten minutes, then grease a cake tin and dust maida powder and pour the cake batter,and tap the container to remove air bubbles in it.

    Place it on a stand and a perforated plate, kept inside the steamer and bake it in a low flame for thirty minutes.

  5. 5

    Check it with a toothpick, if it does not stick to the toothpick, the cake is said to be baked completely.
