Pop it in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius for about an hour to cook. At about 45 minutes, drain the excess fluids and turn them, let it dry well to your preference.

Once it's cooked till the bone, it's ready. If not let it cook some more. (time will vary with the size of the bird.) serve and enjoy
