Ingredients

  1. 2eggs slightly beaten
  2. 1/2diced tomato
  3. Red onion finely chopped
  4. Green bell pepper diced
  5. Chilli flakes (add according to taste)
  6. Salt
  7. 1 tbsoil

Cooking Instructions

    Slightly beat all ingredients together

  2. 2

    Heat 1tbs of oil in a non-stick pan on medium heat and swirl it around to cover the entire base of the pan. Pour the mixture and do not move till the base of the omelette is firm. Once it has browned flip to brown the other side.
