Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupjaggery
  2. 11/2 cupwater
  3. 2Lemon juice ( medium sized lemon)
  4. 1/2 inchginger
  5. 2small elaichi
  6. fewMint leaves
  7. to tasteSalt
  8. LittleBlack salt
  9. 1 tspsabza
  10. 1/2 tspblack pepper powder
  11. 1/2 tspjeera powder
  12. 1/2 tspfennel seeds powder (saunf ka powder)

Cooking Instructions

    Chop the jaggery finely. Soak the sabza in water and keep aside for sometime.

    Add water and keep it covered for 15 mins till completely dissolved.

  3. 3

    Add grated ginger, pudina leaves, salt, black salt, jeera powder, black pepper powder, fennel seeds powder and keep it covered for 10 mins.

  4. 4

    Add this to blender along with 2 elaichi(only seeds used) and blend it nicely.

  5. 5

    Strain it and add sabza, lemon juice and mix well. Serve chilled. Garnish with some mint leaves.
