Ingredients

15 minutes
3 people
  1. 1 cupwheat flour
  2. 1/2 cupbesan/gram flour
  3. 1 cupchopped methi/fenugreek leaves
  4. 1-2chopped green chillies
  5. 1/2 tspajwain(carom seeds)
  6. 1/4 tspred chilli powder
  7. 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  8. To tasteSalt
  9. 4-5 tspOil

Cooking Instructions

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients apart from oil and make smooth dough by adding water to it. (Careful because fenugreek will leave water)

    Make ball and roll apply oil and fold in triangle shape.

    Roast on hot tawa. Add little oil on one side, flip apply little oil on other side and roast.

    Enjoy your paratha with curd or pickle!!!
