Ingredients

  1. 100 gcorn flour
  2. 1/2 kgmeat
  3. 1/2 kgbrisket bone
  4. 10 gpowder dawadawa/locust beans
  5. 10 ggroundnut powder
  6. 40 gblended red bell pepper and pepper
  7. 100 gslice spinach
  8. 20 gsour leaf
  9. 30 gthyme leaf or curry leaf
  10. 20 gslice raw tomatoes,red bell pepper,onions,garden egg(optional)
  11. 6 cubesmaggi

Cooking Instructions

    Wash meat and brisket bones.season and cook well

  2. 2

    Add your blended pepper,dawadaw,groundnut powder and add water.

    Add water and season cubes,allow to boil.for 15mins

  4. 4

    Add your corn flour,stir stimutaneously.until is well thickens

  5. 5

    Add your slice sour leaf,spinach,tomatoes etc.stir nd allow to steam for 3-5mins

  6. 6

    Put off your stove.allow it to steamer...then serve
