Ingredients

  1. For stuffing
  2. 3 to 4Medium sized potato boiled
  3. 1onion finely chopped
  4. 1 tbsp Garam masala
  5. as requiredSalt
  6. As neededRoasted besan
  7. as per tasteChilli powder,dhaniya powder,haldi
  8. Pinchhing
  9. PinchRock salt
  10. as requiredOil
  11. as neededFennel seeds
  12. Pinchsugar
  13. PinchAmchur powder
  14. Dough for samosa
  15. 1 cupmaida
  16. 2 tbsoil for moin
  17. Salt as per taste
  18. Pinchcrushed Ajwain
  19. as requiredWater

Cooking Instructions

    For stuffing

    Heat oil add jeera,feenal seed besan and roast till sweet aroma start coming,now add half of the onion and sauté it

  3. 3

    Once onion becomes slight pink add boiled potato and mix all masala and sugar and cook it for few minutes at sim flame now add the remaining onion and switch off the flame and mix the stuffing and set aside for cooling

    Dough making :in a bowl take maida add salt ajwain and oil and knead the dough with water make stiff dough and keep aside for ten minutes
