Ingredients

  1. 1 cupWhite peas
  2. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  3. 1/2 tspChilli powder

  6. ForPatties:

  8. 2 tspcorn flour
  9. To tastesalt
  10. To tastered chilli
  11. as needed oil for frying
  12. As requriedGrated carrots
  13. 1 tspchat masala

Cooking Instructions

    Wheat peas 1 cup soaked overnight.

    3 cups water turmeric, chilli powder, salt, ginger garlic paste and pressure cook it for 4 whistles.

    Mash it. Ragda is ready.

    Patties:Mashed boiled potato and take a big bowl, add carrots and coriander leaves.

    Now add corn flour and all spices and mix well.

    Take a mixture and make a round shape patties.

    Heat oil and deep frying.

  8. 8

    Lastly serve & garnish the plate.
