Cooking Instructions

Fry the boiled meat,till it turns golden brown

Add chopped onions,and fry them until they too,turn golden brown

Add crushed garlic,fry for about 1 min,and add tomato paste and a little water to form a thick paste

Add 2 tablespoons of tomato paste.

Add the rice,stir the money mixture then add 5 glasses of water..cover the mixture and leave it to cook.

When the pilau is almost cooked,add the corriander,stir and cover the mixture to fully cook

After about 40 mins,your pilau should be ready. Turn off the heat and leave it covered for about 5 mins.

Serve and garnish as desired
