Have always needed to perfect my mandazi..
They are very sweet and soft
Cooking Instructions

Sieve dry ingredients into a bowl

In a acup mix the egg, vanilla essence and the milk

Make a hole in the dry ingredients and pour in your wet ingredients

Mix them together until you kneed a soft dough that doest stick to the hand
- 5
Cover the dough with a kitchen towel and let it sit for an hour until it doubles in size

After one hour kneed the dough and roll into a circle like that of chapati
- 7
As you roll the dough put your frying pan with oil to the fire a minimum flame
- 8
Cut out the dough to the shape that you desire them to be

Deep fry them until golden brown
- 10
Serve the mandazi with cold milk, black tea or any beverage of your choice
