  2. As requiredwater
  3. 1 paoo White chany
  4. 2onions
  5. 3-4tomatoes
  6. 3 tbsgarlic paste
  7. Ginger
  8. 5Green chilii
  9. 1knor cube
  10. 1small packet Shan bryani msala
  11. Oil
  12. salt
  13. all spices (Dont use turmeric powder)
  14. 3 tbsachaar if you like

Cooking Instructions

    Soak white chana into water for5 to 6 hrs

    Take a pressure cooker pour water in it add soaked chanyy 2 onions garlic paste zeera sabut garam masala 1 knor cube and cook them for 25 mins

    Chana yakhni is ready

    Take a haandi add pour some oil add onion saute it then add some tomatoes green chili ginger red chili powder and bryani msala cook it for 5 mins add chanay cook it

    Masala is ready

  6. 6

    Now add yakhni in this masala cook it for 5 mins when it brings to boil add rice and cook it

    Now DELICIOUS ChanaPALAO IS READY 😋😋👍
