  1. 2 Cupskhajur (dates)
  2. 1/2 packetmarie gold biscuits
  3. 4 tbspdesicated coconut
  4. 2 tbspghee

    Deseed the khajoor using a knife and chop them into the small pieces.

    Take a pan and heat on a medium flame add ghee. Then add deseeded & chopped khajur mix well and smash.

    Take a small portion from the mixture and apply on a marie biscuit. Spread the mixture across the whole biscuit using a spoon. Cover with another biscuit.

    Apply the mixture over the second biscuit and spread it across. Stuff the edges using the mixture.

    Carefully cut down the biscuit into four equal pieces using a knife.

    Deep the biscuit into the desicated coconut.

    Yummy khajoor biscuits are ready !!
