Take a pan and keep on the stove and melt it. And take Besan.

Now chop almonds and cashews and take out sugar and water keep aside.

Now add besan in Desi Ghee and stir continuously till it smells good on very slow flame and till it turns golden brown.

Add chopped nuts and sugar and mix for seconds...and then add half glass water to it.

Now let it boil for 2-3 mins and see the consistency you want to have. And your Sheera is Ready. It is really a very Good Remedy from Our ancestors in winters for Cold Cough. So Enjoy it in Winters!!!!
