Ingredients

  1. 2 packetsMaggi noodles
  2. 2 packetsMaggi Masala-e-Magic
  3. 4 tbspcornflour
  4. 2 cubesAmul processed cheese grated (50 gms)
  5. 1 cupbreadcrumbs
  6. 1/2 tspbaking powder
  7. as requiredOil for deep frying
  8. as per tasteMaggi Hot and Sweet Sauce for serving

Cooking Instructions

    To begin, boil 3 cups of water in a large pan. Add in the Maggi Noodles and cook until al dante. Do not add the flavoring. Drain the excess water and keep aside.

    In a large bowl, mix together the noodles and grated cheese.

    Add the Maggi Masala-e-Magic powder, cornflour, and baking powder. Mix well.

    Add in a bit of water to get an atta dough like consistency.

    Shape them into balls. Wet your palms so that the mixture does not stick.

    Roll the balls in breadcrumbs and pat off the excess. Refrigerate them for 10-15 minutes.

    Heat oil for deep frying. Fry them on medium to low heat until golden brown and crisp.

    The Crispy Maggi Cheese Balls are ready to serve. Serve them with Maggi Hot and Sweet Sauce.
