Measure all the ingredients, prepare the baking tins preheat oven and 160 degrees

Mash the over ripe bananas in a bowl add set aside

Beat margarine and sugar add eggs and vanilla essence and continue whisking

Add the mashed bananas and continue whisking
- 5
Add flour which is combined with cinnamon and salt and fold in. Add a little milk if the batter is hard and bake till knife comes out clean serve with tea, chocolate or your favorite drink
