  2. 2 tbspsugar
  3. 1 tbspghee
  4. 1cardamom
  5. 1/2 cupmilk

Cooking Instructions

    Heat ghee in a pan.

    Pour in the suji in the ghee, cook till it turns brown.

    Add the milk and sugar in the suji.

  4. 4

    Cook till the milk dries off and the suji turns sticky in consistency.

  5. 5

    Take the suji off the flame and spread it in a plate and cut it in diamond shape.

  6. 6

    Let it cool and then serve.
