Cooking Instructions

First take the flour in a plate then add salt to taste. Then put chopped onion in it

Then add turmeric half-crushed coriander and cumin seeds, ginger chilli paste, kasuri methi and ghee.

Pour water as required and make dough like paratha.

Then give it a rest for 15 minutes.
Then make a paratha from this dough. - 5
You can make it in two ways.
1) on pan as shown below. - 6
2)as paratha

This missi roti looks great with any sabzi or with pickles and yogurt.

Missy roti looks very tasty either way.
