Ingredients

  1. 2 bowlsgram flour
  2. 1 bowlwheat flour
  3. 1/4 teaspoonturmeric powder
  4. as per tasteSalt
  5. 1/2 cupfinely chopped onion
  6. 1 tablespooncoriander
  7. as requiredHalfly crushed coriander and cumin seeds
  8. 1/4 teaspoonkasuri methi
  9. 1 teaspoonghee
  10. as neededWater
  11. 1 teaspoonginger chili paste

Cooking Instructions

    First take the flour in a plate then add salt to taste. Then put chopped onion in it

    Then add turmeric half-crushed coriander and cumin seeds, ginger chilli paste, kasuri methi and ghee.

    Pour water as required and make dough like paratha.

    Then give it a rest for 15 minutes.
    Then make a paratha from this dough.

    You can make it in two ways.
    1) on pan as shown below.

    This missi roti looks great with any sabzi or with pickles and yogurt.
