This is a simple recipe for baking and grilling chicken marinated in beer.
Cooking Instructions

Marinate your chicken in a mixture of beer, salt, black pepper, white pepper, onions, oil, garlic and chili for at least 2 hours. (I did mine overnight)

Chop the butter into smaller pieces and place on each piece of chicken. Cover with aluminum foil and place in a preheated I've. bake for 15 minutes. Remove from oven, remove the foil and drain the liquid. Return into the oven and grill for a further 10 minutes
