Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kg- Bhindi
  2. 3-4 tspBesan
  3. As Per Taste Salt
  4. 2-3 tspRed chilli powder
  5. 1 tspCumin seeds
  6. 1 tspCumin Coriander powder
  7. 1 tspHing
  8. As Per Required Oil for frying
  9. 3-4- Black pepper

    Take a Bhindi wash it nicely and make it dry.

    After Washing cut a Bhindi into slices.

    Take a container to add Besan, salt, red chili powder, Turmeric powder, hing, Cumin seeds, Coriander Cumin powder mix it well and properly.

    After that sprinkle water as required which sticks a Besan batter to Bhindi.

    Take a pan add oil heat it for frying add Bhindi to oil fry it up to Bhindi to get crispy.

    After getting ready serve it hot with ketchup.
