Ingredients

15-20 minutes + marination time
3-4 people
  1. 250 gramPaneer
  2. 100 gramHung Curd
  3. 1 tspginger paste
  4. 2 tspgarlic paste
  5. 1/2 tspcardamom powder
  6. 1/2 tspAmchur powder
  7. 1 tspjeera powder
  8. 1/2 tspgaram masala powder
  9. 2 tspcornflour or besan
  10. 1 tspdegi mirch
  11. 1/2 tspfresh Parsley
  12. as per tasteSalt
  13. For wrapper -
  14. 1 cupmaida
  15. 1/2 tspcrushed ajwain
  16. 1/4 tspsugar
  17. as per tasteSalt
  18. 1 tspoil
  19. as needed Milk for kneading
  20. For salad dressing -
  21. 1carrot (cut in julienne)
  22. 1capsicum (cut in julienne)
  23. 1/4 cupcabbage (cut in julienne)
  24. 3-4lettuce leaves
  25. 2 tsplemon juice
  26. 1/2 tspsalt

Cooking Instructions

15-20 minutes + marination time

    Marinate the paneer pieces with the rest of ingredients for about 2 hours. After that grill in a griller pan and keep aside.

    For wrapper make a soft dough and rest it for 10 minutes them make a very thin roti and cook it from both side on a pan.

    Take warm wrapper and apply Hummus(see recipe), put lettuce leaf and salad made up of carrot julienne, capsicum and cabbage julienne in lemon dressing and wrap up the roll and serve hot.
