  2. 1Yellow onion, sliced
  3. 5clove Garlic, sliced
  4. 15Button mushroom, sliced
  5. 3 tbspWheat flour
  6. 5cups Water
  7. 1 tspAJI-SHIO® Flavoured Black Pepper
  8. 1 1/2 tbspTUMIX® Chicken Stock
  9. 1/2cup Cooking cream

Cara Memasak

  1. 1

    Melt the butter. Fry the yellow onion, garlic and mushroom until soft.

    Add in wheat flour and mix until even.

  3. 3

    Add in 1 cup on water. Blend the mixture until fine paste.

  4. 4

    Pour into the pot, pour in remaining water.

  5. 5

    Season with AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Black Pepper and TUMIX® Chicken Stock.

    Simmer until the soup thickens.

  7. 7

    Pour in cooking cream. Stir well.

  8. 8

    Ready to serve.
