  1. Enough Water to boil
  2. 1 tspSalt
  3. 450 gSpaghetti
  4. 4 tbspOlive oil
  5. 100 gYellow onion, chopped
  6. 2clove Garlic, chopped
  7. 1/4 tspDried Oregano
  8. 20Prawn, cleaned
  9. 6Calamari, remove skin and ring cut
  10. 1cup Cooking cream
  11. 1cup Fresh milk
  12. 50 gParmesan cheese, grated
  13. 2 tspAJI-SHIO® Flavoured Black Pepper
  14. 1 1/2 tspSalt or to taste
  15. 3Egg yolks
  16. some Parsley, chopped

Cara Memasak

    Boil the water with salt. Add in spaghetti and let it boil for 15 minutes, drained.

    Heat olive oil. Stir-fry the yellow onion, garlic and oregano.

    Add in prawn and calamari, sauté it for a while. Pour in cooking cream and fresh milk. Let it simmer.

    Add in parmesan cheese and mix well.

    Add in cooked spaghetti. Season with AJI-SHIO® Flavoured Black Pepper and salt. Mix well.

    Add in the yolks and mix well.

    Sprinkle the parsley and ready to serve.
