Cooking Instructions

Prebooked your spaghetti and set aside.

Wash all your vegetables dice them all except for the red pepper and scotch bonnet, then pound them using your mortar and set aside.

Heat up your wok pan add in your oil when hot and in the ginger and garlic paste then your onions allow to fry for a while then add your pounded peppers and seasoning cubes.

Fry for some minutes then add your perboiled spaghetti then your dices beetroot, green pepper and spring onions turn it and add your spices of choice allow to cook and check for your seasonings.

And it's done.
