  1. 1 cupfor besan batter: besan / gram flour
  2. 2 tbsprice flour
  3. 1/4 tspkashmiri red chilli powder / lal mirch powder
  4. 1/2 tspsalt
  5. 1/4 tspchat masala
  6. 1/4 cupcoriander leaves (chopped)
  7. pinchsoda
  8. 1/2 cupwater or as required
  9. 4 slicesbread (white / brown)
  10. as required Oil for deep frying
  11. 1/4 tspajwain

    Take a bowl.
    combine all the ingredients well with thehelp of water,make a medium paste

    Now cut the bread into 4 equal pieces

    Now take bread pieces and dip in besan paste.

    Now take a kadai,put oil in it.
    deep fry immediately into hot oil.

    splash oil over bread pakora and fry on medium flame flipping occasionally.

    fry till the pakora turns golden and crisp.

    Finally, serve bread pakora with green chutney or tomato sauce.
