  1. 40 gramcardamom
  2. 20 grambay leaf
  3. 20 gramscloves
  4. 20 gramspepper
  5. 10 gramcinnamon
  6. For 2 cup chai using masala
  7. 1.5 cupwater
  8. 2 tsptea powder
  9. 1/2 tspchai masala
  10. 1 cupmilk
  11. 2 tspsugar

    Firstly, take a mixer grinder add cardamom, cloves, pepper, cinnamon, bay leaf.

    Blend to a slightly coarse powder. Chai masala powder is ready. You can store in a air tight container and use for a month.

    Firstly, in a saucepan take water, tea powder.

    Boil until strong decoctain is prepared.

    Now add milk, sugar or chai masala and boil the chai twice.

    Strain the masala tea and enjoy with biscuits.
